Letters are mailed on the 5th and 20th of each month. Your child’s first letter goes out on the next mailing date after you order, so it may arrive after the birthday or holiday. That’s exactly what the gift introduction is for!
Do I need to order before printing the gift introduction?
The gift introductions are free to download anytime. Just be sure to place your order so the letters are actually on their way.
How should I print it?
Each gift introduction is a standard 8.5 × 11 inch PDF. Print at 100% (“Actual size”) on plain paper, or use cardstock for a sturdier keepsake. Color printing looks best.
Can I send it digitally instead?
Yes! Celebrating from afar? Attach the PDF to an email or text so a parent can print it or share it on the big day.
